Position: Graphic Designer at OnePlan

Job Description:
As a Graphic Designer at OnePlan, you will work closely with our Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to conceptualize, produce, manage, and optimize graphic assets that align with our brand identity. Your role will involve creating high-quality graphics for various platforms such as advertising, social media, website, presentations, digital and print media, tradeshows, and videos.
Responsibilities:
• Design and produce multimedia content pieces that align with OnePlan’s brand and marketing strategy.
• Create and design digital and print multimedia graphics for high-impact campaigns that boost engagement and brand recognition.
• Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns that strengthen OnePlan’s brand across all channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to ensure accuracy and engagement of all content while meeting project deadlines.
• Establish creative and brand guidelines and provide brand direction for OnePlan.
• Monitor the creation of OnePlan materials internally to ensure alignment with our branding.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of graphic design experience at a fast-paced SaaS organization with a branding component.
• Knowledge of graphic fundamentals, typography, print and web layouts. Experience with HTML and CSS preferred.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), other relevant design tools (Figma, Cava, etc.), and PowerPoint. Ability to quickly learn new software.
• Ability to work collaboratively, contribute to brainstorming sessions, team meetings, presentations, and offer creative input.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to consistently meet deadlines. Familiarity with Project Management software.
• Skills in motion graphics and experience in video creation and editing are a plus.
