Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. This role requires a talented individual with a strong background in UX design to create intuitive, user-centric experiences. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for developing personas, designing user flows, conducting research, and executing usability testing. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to solve complex problems and deliver scalable solutions. Your expertise will drive the user experience from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and our design system.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead user research to synthesize insights and develop personas, user flows, and journey maps based on real user needs
– Design comprehensive and efficient user flows and journeys for diverse personas, ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints
– Contribute to the design system by maintaining consistency and scalability across all products
– Create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma to effectively communicate design concepts
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and deliver scalable designs
– Apply design thinking to solve complex business challenges, iterating designs based on research, feedback, and analytics
– Champion accessibility by ensuring all designs meet standards for inclusive products
– Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment
Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior product design role, with a strong focus on UX and a track record of leading impactful projects
– Extensive experience designing for complex systems, with expertise in creating personas, user flows, and journey maps
– Proficiency in Figma and experience creating high-fidelity, interactive prototypes
– Strong portfolio showcasing research-driven designs, strategic problem-solving, and measurable impact
– Ability to contribute to and scale design systems across multiple platforms
– Advanced analytical skills, including experience using tools like Mixpanel or Google Analytics to drive design decisions
– Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
– Proven ability to conduct and synthesize research and run usability tests
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
– Experience working in agile environments and using tools like JIRA and Confluence
– Proficiency in HTML/CSS and experience collaborating with front-end developers
– Experience in data visualization, particularly for complex datasets
– Prior experience in fintech or SaaS is a plus
– Bonus points for motion design skills and experience with micro-interactions and motion in the user experience
Hiring Process:

– Two technical interviews with the Product and Design team
– Behavioral and technical interview with a member of the Executive team
