Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager to join our US-based attribution modeling team. In this role, you will utilize data science techniques to analyze marketing activities and estimate their impact on our clients’ growth. This may involve projects such as Media Mix Optimization, Marketing Mix Modeling, Analysis of Covariance, Cluster Analysis, and Attribution Modeling using disaggregate event-stream data. You will also lead project teams and collaborate with clients to ensure data quality, drive innovation in analytics, and meet client expectations. Additionally, you will have hands-on involvement in modeling and data visualization, as well as managing and mentoring a team of analysts in the US and India.

Responsibilities:

– Manage data collection with clients
– Lead project teams to ensure data quality and drive innovation in analytics
– Oversee and conduct modeling of client data, adhering to project timelines
– Interpret and visualize model estimates and diagnostics
– Guide process development and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, applied mathematics, optimization, computer science, or physics (advanced degree preferred)
– 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics with a focus on measurement and attribution
– Proficiency in working with and measuring TV, digital media, and CRM data
– Knowledge of statistics and data science, including regression, hierarchical or mixed regression, and machine learning techniques (e.g. Naïve Bayes, Markov Chain, Random Forest)
– Advanced skills in Python and R for modeling
– Experience with cloud environments, particularly GCP and AWS
– Familiarity with platforms like Databricks is a plus
– Data visualization experience using tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred
– Understanding of marketing goals and how different media channels support them
– Experience presenting information to diverse audiences, including internal teams and external clients
– Ability to manage and balance multiple client engagements
– Experience collaborating with global teams and sharing insights and techniques
– Previous experience managing a team is a plus

Additional Information:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375. Actual salary will be based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
