Position: Lead, GTM Strategy & Analytics – Sales
About the Company:
Abnormal Security is seeking a Lead, GTM Strategy & Analytics to join our team. This role will work closely with our sales team to identify and execute strategic Go To Market initiatives. As a Lead, you will work alongside our current Strategy & Analytics Sales Lead and contribute directly to our overall strategy and success.
Responsibilities:
– Drive data analyses to break down complex business problems and deliver strategic recommendations
– Own end-to-end data process for key state of the business deliverables such as sales retrospectives and quarterly business reviews
– Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and partners, including Sales leadership, Sales Ops, and Finance, to gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and uncover opportunities for the business
– Provide effective verbal and written communication, comfortable with both business and technical discussions with senior audiences
– Be a great teammate, willing to roll up your sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done
– Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision
Requirements:
– 5+ years of relevant work experience post-grad, with 3+ years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or top-tier tech strategy or “bizops” functions
– Knowledge of the enterprise technology industry
– Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides (Abnormal uses Google Sheets and Google Slides)
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage in business and technical discussions with senior audiences
– Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
– Self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Bonus Skills:
– Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry or “bizops” experience at cybersecurity industry leaders
– Some coding experience (SQL/Python)
– Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce
Compensation:

Base salary range: $140,000 – $155,000 USD.
