Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our Product team and drive the development of our next-generation calling software. In this role, you will translate conceptual ideas into tangible solutions, with a focus on creating elegant user experiences for web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
– Expand our design expertise and contribute to the development of our AI-powered product
– Develop, maintain, and scale processes for maintaining and maturing our Design System
– Communicate design concepts effectively to engineers, product managers, and leadership through visual representations and descriptive explanations
– Translate concepts into solutions and craft elegant UXs across all our products
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and participate in research, experimentation, and prototyping to find the ideal solution
Qualifications:
– 4+ years of experience in a product design role
– Portfolio showcasing excellence in product design and problem-solving abilities
– Strong knowledge of Figma
– Previous experience in creating and maintaining expansive design systems
– Ability to adapt to changing project timelines and work autonomously or collaboratively within a team setting
– Experience in AI-powered product development is a plus
