Tech Lead Manager – Data Analytics

We are currently seeking a Tech Lead Manager to join our Data Analytics team. As part of Grupo QuintoAndar, the largest real estate ecosystem in Latin America, you will have the opportunity to work with top professionals in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Build and manage a high-performing team by attracting, retaining, and developing top talent
– Serve as a technical reference for the team and other departments
– Collaborate with stakeholders to structure and execute analytical projects that address key business questions
– Demonstrate expertise in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python/R, forecasting, and metrics monitoring
– Define and track metrics to drive business goals
– Utilize predictive and prescriptive methods to support decision-making
– Promote a data-driven culture within the company
– Identify and implement new technologies and techniques to drive business opportunities
– Act as the main point of contact for the Product team and other business areas regarding data and analytics
Qualifications:
– Extensive experience leading and developing analytical teams
– Fluent in SQL and at least one programming language for data analysis (Python, R, Julia, etc.)
– Ability to identify complex problems, use business knowledge and statistical tools to generate insights and guide decision-making
– Experience designing, implementing, and analyzing experiments, such as A/B testing
– Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.
– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally
