Job Summary:

As the Lead Brand Designer at League, you will be responsible for owning the design of sales and communication collateral. You will develop a system for internal and client-facing materials to effectively communicate the League story, including new features, functionality, and metrics. You will also support the Design team in creating spec mocks for events and new business efforts through demos, prototypes, and decks.

Key Responsibilities:

Events Design

– Design and maintain a visual style guide and system for events, such as trade shows, conferences, and company events
– Create eye-catching booth graphics, banners, signage, and promotional materials for events
– Develop creative concepts for interactive displays and presentations at events

Marketing & Sales Collateral Design

– Design and maintain a visual style guide and system for sales and marketing materials, including product demos and prototypes used by our Growth Team
– Produce a variety of print and digital materials, such as clickable product prototypes, pitch decks, brochures, datasheets, trade show graphics, newsletters, and screen displays
– Ensure pixel-perfect mockups before development/pre-pro handoff (including annotations)
– Maintain a high level of visual fidelity across all work

Asset Management & Production

– Manage internal Creative Services assets, including cataloging images/files, archiving, and posting final files to network and online storage locations
– Oversee production of assigned materials, including obtaining print bids and coordinating with outside vendors as needed

Requirements:

– 8+ years of professional design experience
– BA or BFA in design or a related field (preferred but not required)

Skills and Qualifications:

– Design Leadership: Proven experience leading design projects from ideation to launch, using a design thinking approach to creatively solve complex problems
– Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts persuasively to leadership and stakeholders. Collaborative mindset and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams (designers, PMs, executives) to ensure alignment and achieve project goals
– Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Figma for rapid prototyping and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Familiarity with front-end development and video editing is a plus
– Presentation & Detail Orientation: Skilled in creating impactful Google Slides presentations that effectively convey ideas. Passionate about precision and detail, with the ability to produce pixel-perfect mockups that enhance the user experience
– Proactive & Adaptable: Self-motivated and driven to push boundaries, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements

Security Responsibilities:

– Compliance with Information Security Policies
– Compliance with League’s secure coding practices
– Responsibility and accountability for executing League’s policies and procedures
– Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches, or policy violations

Compensation range for Canadian applicants only: $114,800 – $172,200 CAD (base salary only, exclusive of bonus, equity, and benefits)
