Position: Marketing Creative Designer at People.ai

Role Summary:

As our Marketing Creative Designer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and products through visually appealing and consistent designs.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain the visual identity of People.ai across all marketing materials
– Collaborate with stakeholders to create high-quality designs for landing pages, graphics, ads, presentations, and more
– Build a design template library for easy creation of marketing assets
– Create and maintain a comprehensive campaign assets library
– Optimize and update website landing pages for brand consistency, SEO, and accessibility
– Manage time and projects effectively, and communicate clearly with stakeholders to meet deadlines
– Establish and maintain a visual language library to guide the display of the People.ai brand across all channels
– Act as a design advisor and consultant, educating others on design principles and storytelling

Requirements:

– 5+ years of design experience in a B2B company, agency, or related industry
– Experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, preferably with startup experience
– Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Webflow, and Slack
– Demonstrated ability to maintain a consistent brand visual identity across all channels
– Comfortable developing processes and educating stakeholders on best practices
– Skilled in using design to communicate complex and abstract technologies
– Strong project management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize
– Ability to build relationships and work with global teams
– Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the design function at the company

Portfolio:
Please submit a portfolio with at least five recent examples that showcase your ability to bring complex subjects to life through design. Your work should also demonstrate a good understanding of the target audience and user experience.

OTE: $100,000 – $125,000 (subject to change)
In addition, regular employees may be eligible for commissions or bonuses, equity, and benefits. Pay is determined based on several factors, including skill set, training and experience, licensure and certifications, and location and metropolitan area.
